ENSBC sponsors monthly program nights September through April on the 4th Tuesday of each month, except for December, at 7:30 p.m. Topics cover a wide range of natural history, including the latest research on birds and other species and sometimes include up-close looks at live animals.
We also sponsor many field trips to local birding spots during spring and fall migration. We lead trips to other areas in the United States and to international destinations. For the forseeable future, field trips will be limited in number according to the site, require registration, and well-fitting masks.
All Programs and local trips are typically free and open to the public. Events are displayed on our calendar and under Field Trips and Meetings.
During Covid-19 times, our programs will be virtual, on Zoom. Zoom will open at 7 pm for the opportunity to socialize. Programs will be recorded as permitted by the presenter. Participants are asked to mute and turn off video during the presentation.
Field trips will be open to members only, with pre-registration, masks and social distancing required. Carpooling should be limited to people in the same household.
Always check the website for changes.
